Le Vieux Tarantia se situe à l'extrémité d'un énorme pont qui mène vers la cité grouillante, séparé du reste par de hauts murs et des portes gardées. Ce quartier possède ses propres docks et on y entre par une porte massive placée sur la Route des Rois. Des patrouilles régulières circulent à la recherché de dangereux visiteurs.
